Question:
I bought a full spectrum lightbulb from you and was just wondering, Will this be damaging to me if I’m sitting near it for a long time? Does it give off harmful UBA/UVB rays?

Answer:

Thank you for your question!  Any artificial light used for indoor growing emits a certain amount of UV-A and UV-B Radiation by default since these rays are what contribute to photosynthesis in natural sunlight. But our LED Growlight bulbs are much lower wattage (32 Watts) than any sun exposure, so it's typically not a problem to absorb some of these rays. Also, all light bulbs produce SOME amount of UVA/UVB radiation, even LEDs that go into room lighting. The most harm could come from long term staring right into the bulb - so you'll definitely avoid that but otherwise, you should be safe with them fueling your plant growth!
