Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out and I'm sorry your pump isn't working! It's important to clean your water pump regularly (~10x per year). If your pump has recently stopped working, try cleaning it out. Here's a helpful how-to video. If that doesn't help, let me know and we'll send you a new pump ASAP.
